Just the fact that it was clean and new. I love branded hotels. The expectation of quality is key. They didn't disappoint

The staff were incredible. i traveled with two older people in very emotionally trying circumstances and the staff were inversely helpful, kind and thoughtful. special thanks go to Steven, Ian and all other front desk staff 🙏🙏

Location was excellent - easy walk to downtown and many cafes nearby. Close to public transit and a taxi stand. Rooms were very nice.

Lovely room, had everything we needed for our stay, had travelled abit around Korea and would rate it as the best out of the 5 we stayed out.
